Poster format rules:
> Please use your own poster template.> The poster has to follow the following format rules:
- Portrait format is mandatory
- Dimensions 118,9 cm high x 84,1cm wide (Format DIN A0)
> A physical poster has to be prepared and brought to Heidelberg.
> Posters have to be put up on the designated poster boards. Material to attach the poster to the poster boards is available.
Poster presentation:
> Poster viewings will be held from Wednesday, 11 October to Friday, 13 October 2023 in the Foyer of the Communication Center at the DKFZ (Heidelberg)Detailed information on the times of the two guided poster sessions will be announced shortly.
> We strongly encourage poster presenters to stand by their posters during the coffee breaks, for informal discussions.
> However, it is mandatory to stand by your poster during the guided poster sessions to discuss the poster (time to be announced).
> Posters will be sorted by topic and will be numbered.
> The poster presentation time during the guided poster session is 3 to 5 minutes.
